More about Wild Tokyo
What personal data does Wild Tokyo actually collect?
Wild Tokyo collects the minimum personal data required to operate a regulated casino. That includes your name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, identity documents during KYC, payment data through tokenised processors, gameplay history for fairness audits and device data for fraud prevention. We do not collect data we do not need, and we never sell personal data, ever, to anyone.
Most data is provided directly by you when you sign up or use the cashier. A small amount comes from your device automatically, including IP address, browser type and operating system, which is needed for security checks and to render the site correctly on your screen. Full categories and retention periods are listed on the page above.
How does Wild Tokyo store and secure your information?
Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256 across our databases. Data in transit uses TLS 1.3, with HSTS and certificate pinning on every endpoint. All servers sit in EU and UK data centres operated by Tier IV providers, with access restricted to a small set of named staff under audited controls. Penetration tests run quarterly and a bug bounty programme is open to independent security researchers.
Cookies and tracking technologies are described in detail on the cookie policy. Marketing preferences are controlled from your account screen at any time, with a master kill switch if you prefer to stop everything in one click. The team responds to verified data requests inside thirty days, free of charge.
Which rights do you have over your Wild Tokyo data?
Under GDPR and UK Data Protection law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. Wild Tokyo honours every right, with one exception. Anti money laundering law requires us to retain certain account and gameplay records for five and seven years respectively, which means full erasure is not possible until those windows expire.
To exercise a right, email privacy@wild-tokyo.co.uk from the address registered on the account. Most requests are answered in days rather than the full thirty day window. If you are unhappy with a response you can escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or your local supervisory authority. Our contact page lists every available channel including a confidential route to the Data Protection Officer.
